Global Internet of Things (IoT) company Trackunit has introduced the K300 —the next-generation access management solution to the Trackunit Pass series.
Trackunit Pass allows fleet managers to use the Trackunit On mobile app to set up access to machines via card, pin code, or smartphone. This is said to give them instant control over who uses a machine, allows them to set specific usage times, and prevents under-qualified personnel from gaining access.
Trackunit adds that only qualified operators can access complex equipment such as mobile elevated work platforms and large excavators, reducing risks and increasing safety on site.
