MACHINE AND JOBSITE DATA AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
VisionLink Productivity takes a bird’s eye view of your entire operation, making it easier for you to identify trends, outliers, and patterns to optimize efficiency.
VisionLink Productivity analyzes machine data, such as fuel and payload, to provide you with insights on jobsite efficiency and equipment utilization.
Data from all your subscribed machines is analyzed alongside the individual machine data to provide a detailed view of both machine and fleet cycles.
Analyze performance
Track material types and tonnage moved, fuel costs and machine hours. Pull payload data for analysis and compare efficiency between shifts.
Help improve efficiency
Review dashboards to detect and help fix high idle time, redeploy fleet based on hourly utilization updates and use data to determine optimum distances between cycle segments.
Help increase profits
Identify instances of high fuel burn, and assess utilization levels to determine whether to buy new, buy used or rent. You can also pull historical data to help you bid more accurately for future projects.
CAT® GRADE
Combining automated machine control with advanced guidance, Cat® Grade helps operators hit grading targets faster and in fewer passes. By integrating Cat Grade 3D with VisionLink Productivity, you have even greater grading capabilities. You can:
+ Send, synchronize and manage 3D design files remotely
+ View the machine display from anywhere
+ Visualize and track project progress within the VisionLink Productivity dashboard
E-TICKETING
The E-Ticketing feature within VisionLink Productivity eliminates the need for manual or printed tickets generated by onboard Cat Payload systems. Key personnel can now receive an electronic copy of the tickets via email, including detailed information on individual buckets, total payload, truck, and material type. Key performance indicators tracked by E-Ticketing include ticket count, average truck rate, pass count per ticket, and total ticket payload.
OPERATOR COACHING
Having better-coached operators can help reduce machine wear and tear. With Cat Operator Coaching, your operators can upskill as they excavate. By offering real-time tips via the in-cab monitor, this onboard coaching program can help improve technique and safety while increasing efficiency. You can also track progress and view data onboard or offboard with VisionLink Productivity.
COMPACTION
VisionLink Productivity now incorporates Cat Compact data into its robust reporting platform. Cat Compact summary dashboards show the amount of work completed for each day and calculate the fill volume. Using the Cat Compaction Algorithm (CCA) or Landfill Compaction Algorithm (LCA), it will also show the percent of covered area at target compaction.
DI.MA Ltd
is an Italian company that recovers waste materials and turns them into construction products. Working in a very competitive market, it’s incredibly important that DI.MA has clear visibility of the costs attached to each tonne of product it sells.
The use of VisionLink Productivity allows us to assess where we have leakages or inefficiencies and therefore improve our production cycle. We can then make decisions based on scientific data.
Les Vallons Quarry,
run by Groupe Pigeon, is the largest quarry in Brittany, France. Every year it produces 1.8 million tonnes of construction material for both public and industrial applications.
We were looking for tools that allow us to achieve operational excellence and obtain the best economic returns. Our employees immediately saw the value of VisionLink Productivity – to use a digital platform to consolidate all machine-generated information to achieve their operational and competitive goals.
MDM Mining and Civil
is a 100% Indigenous owned and operated business in Australia on a mission to rehabilitate the land. It is currently undertaking a major 5-year rehabilitation program at the former Argyle diamond mine in East Kimberley.
We’ve got all our data and information at our fingertips. It doesn’t take a lot to capture it or display that data back to the team, which then generates conversation about how to do it better. That’s our advantage.
The Schwinger Quarry in southern Germany was started in 1880 and covers some 30 hectares, with a volume of 10 million cubic metres. Its average weekly production is between 20,000 - 22,000 tonnes, with its annual production averaging around 1 million tonnes.
In the past, we thought we knew about what was happening, but now we know it. Now, based on data, we can make decisions that make us more productive, and create less fuel consumption, less idling time and, of course, less CO2 emissions.
