FROM THE EDITOR
I’d like to tell you about some important changes at Demolition & Recycling International magazine (D&Ri).
From this year, D&Ri will be published alongside KHL title International Construction (ICon). D&Ri will maintain its identity as a magazine within ICon and will also retain its dedicated website and weekly newsletter.
The change will mean that D&Ri readers will receive the same highquality editorial focused on the demolition and recycling industr y, with the addition of the strong editorial features in International Construction. In addition, D&Ri and the demolition sector will gain much wider industr y exposure through the 38,000 strong global circulation of ICon.
D&Ri will be published four times this year. Three in the Januar y-Februar y, May-June and November-December issues of ICon, and the fourth as a stand-alone issue before the World Demolition Summit, which takes place in October. These changes are part an increasing focus on digital and online content, reflecting the significantly increased take up of this format among D&Ri readers during the past 12 months.
If you are a subscriber currently receiving the magazine digitally, you will be unaffected by the changes to the print issue. The digital magazine, and the online archive of past issues available for download by registered web visitors, will remain D&Ri-only.
And of course, all subscribers are able to enjoy the many new digital and online developments for D&Ri that we already have in the pipeline and look for ward to bringing to you throughout 2023 and beyond.
These are exciting teams for Demolition & Recycling International. Whether you have been part of the circulation since the first issue in 1999, or have joined us more recently, we will continue to keep you informed about developments in our great industr y during this new era for the magazine and its online, digital and social media platforms.
